What ages is this event suitable for?
This event is designed for children aged 1–8 years. Activities are tailored to be safe, fun, and engaging for little ones.
Do parents/carers need to stay?
Yes, parents/carers must remain with their child throughout the session. It’s a family-friendly event, and adults can join in the fun too!
What will my child make?
Children will get to craft their own Halloween treat bag, and with other Halloween goodies provided by Valley Arts and brew a magical bath potion with Nice Things By Jo. All creations can be taken home.
How much does it cost?
Tickets are £10 per child. Adults do not need to pay.
How long is the session?
Each session lasts around [insert time, e.g. 1 hour], giving plenty of time for crafts, potion-making, and Halloween fun.
Do children need to dress up?
Fancy dress is optional but encouraged – we’d love to see little witches, wizards, and spooky friends!
Where is it held?
We have two session happening on the same date Monday 27th October.
Session 1 : 12:30-1:30pm at Special Families Maesteg
Session 2: 3-4pm at St Marys Church Hall Port Talbot
What’s in the bath potions?
The potions are made using gentle, child-friendly ingredients designed to be fun and safe in the bath. We avoid harsh chemicals, and everything used is suitable for children’s skin.
If your child has sensitive skin or allergies, please let us know in advance and we’ll happily adapt ingredients where possible, or suggest alternative options so they can still take part.
